Metal Plate Process Flow
1.Design personnel design and draw the metal plate part drawing.(three view)
2.Review the drawing in many ways to avoid if there is a design flaw.
3.According to the three-view draw expanding the parts as a tablet, Calculating the baiting size required.
4.Professional use of guillotine cutting length and width dimensions of the display in figure, If there are punching, cutting Angle, to punch combination of punching mold,cutting angle shapes.
5.Processed the tablet into the required shape by using a folding bed.
6.Generally adopt argon arc welding compounding the multiple parts into the required shapes to achieve the purpose of processing.
7.Perfect the last processing and stainless steel material commonly used polishing, wire drawing, acid pickling, phosphating, passivation ect. to beautify processing.
Rivet Weld Process Flow
1.Design personnel design and draw the frame parts drawing.(three view)
2.Review the drawing in many ways to avoid if there is a design flaw.
3.According to the three-view draw splitting the model, size, quantity of each steel.
4.Use professional baiting tool cutting raw materials according to the type, size of steel then removing the burrs.
5.Welding personnel use welding or co2 to protect welding point forming.
6.Forming the joint of shaped frame material welding and reducing to a minimum welding deformation.
7.Processing the welding parts by using professional tools.( For example: Oil removal, rust removal, the coating or spray paint etc.)
